Congratulations to our YLP 2018 Graduates as they complete college and move forward in their professional endeavors. Early this month our Executive Director Kim Rhim caught up with three (3) amazing graduates of The Training Source, Inc’s 2018 Youth Leadership Program. These young ladies were besties throughout the program as they completed their K-12 education at Bowie High School. Where are they now? (Left to Right)
Lindsay Gray: Graduated from Elon University in Greensboro, NC with a Cinema and Television Arts Degree and minor in French. Lindsay already has films documented to her credit. She has her sights set on launching her career with National Geographic.
Stephanie Crawford: Graduated from Spellman College in Atlanta, GA Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa as a Social Justice Associate with Departmental Honors in Documentary Film. Stephanie also has films already documented to her credit, and up next she will be working full time at PBS and part time at Monkey Paw Productions.

Jillian McIntyre: Graduated from Towson University in Towson, MD with a double degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. She also graduated with honors including the Vice President of Student Affairs Award which recognizes student leadership, service to the university, and academic achievement. Up next Jillian will be a teacher at Lansdowne Elementary School in Baltimore County, MD.
The Training Source, Inc produces exceptional young people and though our funding only requires us to track their progress through high school graduation, it warms our heart when we hear about their accolades after completing our leadership program.
